Celebrating 40 years!

This fall marks the 40th anniversary of our very own beloved UGG. Founded in 1978, UGG was created on the sea shores of South California by an Australian surfer. His Aussie determination was set to make the brand a world-wide sensation, with the love of combining sheepskin and comfort wear. By the 1980s, the designer brand gained fame within South Californian culture as a symbolic relaxed wear.

During the early 2000’s, UGG ruled the New York Fashion week with classic boots and slippers which had turned into trendy luxury needs and further featuring on an elite platform such as Vogue. This transition was a phenomenal move from the designer, taking the brand to new heights.

Over the years, UGG have collaborated with well known designers such as Jimmy Choo to create the celebrated Edgy Capsule Collection and Swarovski to offer custom made designer boots featuring exquisite jewels.

By 2012, there were stores in New York, Japan, China, Taiwan, Mexico, Canada and UK.

In 2013, UGG launched their Home Collection featuring impeccable, snugly-feel designs to cater for all those looking to decorate their new homes. In the same fall, Loungewear Collection was introduced with soft cosy dressing gowns, pyjama sets, hoodies and slip-on.

Five years later and here were are in fall 2018 celebrating their 40th Anniversary. For this glorious occasion, UGG have selected four talented people who posses a strong sense of individuality and  uniqueness. Heron Preston, Adwoa Aboah, Luka Sabbat and Lil Miquela are the fresh face of UGG’s new celebratory campaign.
